Licensing
Initial Purchase
Software is sold under perpetual licensing for single-seat or mult-seat site installations with software maintenance, consisting of technical support and software upgrades, for one year from date of purchase. Time-limited trial licensing is also available.
Future Upgrades
Software maintenance is renewable annually at your discretion. When your maintenance term expires you may continue to use any software upgrades provided under prior maintenance but Gedeon Associates is no longer under obligation to provide new upgrades or technical support. Software maintenance may lapse and be reinstated at a later date without penalty or reactivation fee.
